Young Handlers at Royal Bath & West.

Young Guernsey Handlers were extremely successful in the Showmanship Competition at this afternoons Royal Bath & West Show.

In the Junior class, Izzy Philips was placed first.

In the Intermediate section, Guernsey handlers were Rhydian Philips and Tanwen Cox. Rhydian was placed a very creditable 3rd in a very strong line up.

In the Senior class. Heather Limond was placed first in a very nail-biting finale, where she just pipped Holstein leader Josie Davies to win a very strong class.

Heather then went on to be awarded Champion Dairy Handler keeping the Guernsey flag flying high in the very competitive Interbreed Handling classes. Also handling today were  Elissa and Justina Langley who were leading their own Holstein calves. Both girls placed well and all handlers are to be congratulated on a job well done.
