All our ice creams are made with fresh Guernsey milk and cream taken from our dairy. The unique flavour of Guernsey milk enables us to produce Kelsmor Gold, a traditional dairy ice cream with no added flavours. This creamy ice cream is lovely on its own or perfect with apple pie. Our fruit ice creams are made using the best quality natural fruit purees or fresh fruit.

KELSMOR BEEF
Our latest venture is to provide freezer packs of Guernsey Beef. These have been well received by our customers as the meat is lean, tender and full of flavour. The beef is hung for 3 weeks then vacuum packed ready for the freezer.
The pack is a mixture of joints (Topside, Silverside, Brisket, slow roast), which weigh 1.5Kg each; and a Rib joint; 8 oz steaks (rump, sirloin & fillet) in packs of two; mince, braising steak and diced for casseroles or stew in 500g packs. Each freezer pack is approximately 20Kg and is boxed.
The price is £4.50 per Kg.
We collect the meat in a refrigerated van and deliver to your door the same day. If you require Ice Cream as well, this can be delivered at the same time.
Our delivery area covers Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and south Northamptonshire.
