Guernsey News has just started to arrive in members' post --- 44 pages of news, show results, top cows by GMI, information about milk sales development (particularly A2 milk), and other articles of interest and statistics.
If you have not received your copy, please contact the office --- just click here. If you are not a member but would like a complimentary copy, please also contact the office. We'll be glad to send them out, but we have only a limited supply of surplus copies. As Caroline Cox, the Editor of the Journal, wrote in her letter, "While I have included the usual statistics, figures, and Show Reports one would expect to find within its pages, I have tried to place more emphasis upon the people who keep Guernsey cows --- without them there would be no breed to promote. Ordinary members, with a little persistent encouragement from me, have put their thoughts and opinions into written words in several articles, particularly the developing Farmer Focus feature. Perhaps most gratifying are the contributions from the Branches, who are all represented in this Journal for the first time in a very long time."
