The Bickfield Draft Sale Results - March 29 2008
The decision to sell a good portion of the Autumn calving heifers from Bickfield herd was not an easy one. Loss of some summer grazing meant numbers had to be cut. So the Durbin family of Compton Martin, Nr Bristol, offered 41 head of cattle for sale.

Bickfield Sale Date Changed
The Bickfield Sale has been moved to the 29th March 2008. The sale of 40 heifers provides the first chance to buy Guernseys at Auction since September 2007.
The Bickfield herd from Compton Martin at Bristol is of over 300 milking cows.Animals that have been purchased from there in the past have performed very well in their new homes.
